Our free-standing network and server racks are engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern IT and data infrastructure. Built with a heavy-duty frame structure, the racks are capable of supporting high-density installations while maintaining structural stability and safety. They are compatible with standard 19-inch rack mounted equipment, making them suitable for switches, routers, patch panels, storage systems, and full-depth servers.
The design emphasizes efficient airflow management, structured cable routing, and ease of maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reduced downtime. With flexible configuration options, scalable capacity, and a durable powder-coated finish, our free-standing racks are ideal for both networking applications and high-load server environments. Customization in size, depth, cooling, and accessories allows the racks to be tailored to specific project and operational requirements.
Racks are available with lockable front and rear doors, offered in toughened glass, perforated metal, or solid steel options. Removable and lockable side panels provide easy access for installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
The racks are equipped with adjustable mounting rails, top and bottom cable entry points, and provisions for vertical and horizontal cable managers. Additional accessories such as PDU mounting, shelves, sliding rails, and earthing kits can be provided as required.
Free-standing network and server racks are manufactured using high-quality CRCA steel sheets, ensuring high structural strength and stability. The rigid frame construction is designed to support heavy networking and server equipment in data centers, server rooms, and industrial environments.
The frame and structural members are fabricated using 1.2 mm to 2.0 mm thick steel sheets, depending on rack height and load capacity. Doors, side panels, and other accessories are manufactured with appropriate thickness to maintain strength while ensuring ease of handling.
The racks are designed for standard 19-inch rack-mountable equipment and are available in multiple heights such as , 22U, 27U, 30U, 35U, 42U, and 45U. Custom rack heights can also be manufactured to meet specific project requirements.
Standard depth options include 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000 mm, and 1200 mm, suitable for network switches, storage systems, and full depth servers. Standard widths are 600 mm and 800 mm, providing adequate space for cable management and airflow.
Free-standing racks are engineered to support high static and dynamic loads, typically ranging from 600 kg to 1000 kg, depending on the rack configuration. Reinforced mounting rails ensure secure installation of heavy servers and equipment.
Designed for efficient thermal management, the racks include perforated doors, ventilation slots, and top-mounted fan provisions. Optional cooling accessories such as fan trays and air management solutions can be integrated to ensure optimal airflow for high-density server environments.
All racks feature a high-quality powder-coated finish for corrosion resistance and durability. Standard color options include RAL 7035 (Light Grey), Black, and custom colors as per customer specifications.
